I am thoroughly disgusted with this company. I spent $15,000 and the insurance company required an itemized bill. I requested one in June. It is now October and after many attempts, they still have not sent one, although they said they would. Also, what they quote you is not necessarily what you would pay. I would strongly suggest you read the fine print, my amount doubled. And even after paying all that money, they can’t follow up on that simplest request. The owner of this company should be ashamed of himself. Their reply never answered the question of why I can’t get an itemized bill even though they promised they would send one. So basically I cannot get my $15,000 recovered from my insurance that I had because of their incompetence and unwillingness to do the simplest task. There is absolutely no transparency with this company. Again, the owner should be ashamed of himself running a company like this.

⭐ 1 Star Very disappointing experience with Pipe Works Services. I contacted them expecting the problem to be properly diagnosed and fixed, but instead I ended up paying a significant amount for work that did not actually resolve the issue. What concerns me most is that this was not simply a matter of the service being expensive. The problem came back, and when I contacted them about it, I was faced with additional costs rather than a straightforward resolution. I expected the original service to actually solve the problem or for the company to stand behind the work. After looking into other customer experiences, I found complaints describing very similar concerns — including customers reporting that drain problems returned shortly after service, disputes over whether the work was covered by warranty, and complaints about unexpectedly high charges compared with the initial expectations or quotes. I also found an Angi complaint from May 2026 describing a customer who paid $598.08 for drain work, had the drain back up again within 24 hours, and said another plumber subsequently found that the blockage had not been fully cleared. The customer also reported being offered a refund conditional on removing the review, although Pipe Works disputed parts of that account. That is an allegation from another customer, not something I can independently establish, but the similarity to my own experience is concerning. Trustpilot currently shows a strong overall rating, but it also contains documented 1-star complaints, including reports of a new system failing after only a few months, a company allegedly not standing behind work, and a drain issue where the customer said the problem was not resolved. My own experience is enough for me to say that I would be very cautious before hiring this company. I recommend getting the complete price, warranty coverage, and exactly what is included in the service in writing before authorizing any work. I would also consider getting a second opinion if the proposed repair is expensive. This review reflects my personal experience. I am not claiming that every customer will have the same experience, but based on what happened to me and the similar complaints I found, I would not use them again.

My outdoor light still does not work. I wish he would have looked at it. One of the three lights worked and that was enough but my problem was not solved.

Total scum bags, meth heads. Read the dozens of bad reviews and you will get the point. DONT CALL OR HIRE THEM.

Woul not stand behind clogged drain issue, in it for the money

Run... Brand new system installed... Not working after 3 months..... Company does not stand behind work. Very sad.

During the expensive installation of the water softener, team mentioned that all pipes in and out of it will be replaced. in order to save money / time, the team decided not to replace existing regeneration pipe. the pipe was doing well before and the team did not indicate to me that this will not be replaced. a week after when first regeneration happened, the pipe broke at the connection and flood my basement. team come and reconnect it. 2 weeks after, pipe broke again and flood the basement even more to a level that I need to use insurance to pay the $6000 bill to dry the basement and replace the floor. the team arrived again and offer to change the pipe for $770!!!! every visit = hundreds of dollars. the manager agreed on the call to do it for $300 and next day send a person to do it just to tell me that they changed their mind and would like to charge the original price of $770 for something that should have been done on day one or I would not even agree to change the softener at all. overall, very disappointing service level and feel that the company try to make big bucks from simple things.
