The guys were timely, well organized, and professional. They carefully explained what was going to happen, how they were problem-solving, and the expectations for the final state. The guys who dug the trench were courteous and washed off even the individual stones in our garden before we left, offering to come back to make any fixes in the spring if needed. When the connection in the house started leaking the next day, Mario came back within an hour to fix it. Overall, a great experience.

I requested service from Pipe works for a toilet that was running continuously. I had this particular toilet serviced before and the repair only lasted about a month or so. Pipe Works Service technician, Chris, arrived on time and explained in detail the repairs I needed and made further suggestions. The repairs were made in a timely manner and I am so happy with my properly functioning toilet.

Pipe Works is the only company I will ever do business with when it comes to plumbing jobs. They came to my rescue 2 weeks after I purchased my 116 year old home, when the sewer line overflowed in the basement. As you can imagine, a home that old has a super old cast iron sewer line that was in desperate need of replacement. One call to Pipeworks and I'm now the proud owner of a brand new PVC sewer line that I'll never have to worry about again. These guys are masters at what they do, the whole job was done in a day and they left the job site cleaner than it was when they got there. Their staff is knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Totally recommend them for all your plumbing needs.

I was sold a Halo water system and told it was a water softener. The technicians removed my water softener telling me I no longer needed it because the Halo would soften the water and I no longer had to buy heavy bags of salt. I started having a problem with scale buidup. When I asked to have someone check the system I was told that the Halo is not a water softener. I paid over $4000 for this system and now I am told I need a water softener. I have spoken to several other people to find out they were also told the Halo was a water softener. There was no "miscommunication." As I stated, Pipeworks removed my water softener telling me I no longer needed it. That is pretty straight forward. Where is the miscommunication? This company is dishonest and I wouldn't recommend them.

Pipe works was very professional and did careful, clean and thorough work. They are pricey but we were very pleased with the work.

I have used Pipeworks several times - most recently I had Dwight as our service man - he was excellent professional and explained everything clearly
