PietraReviews of pietrastudio.com

Pietra is ambitious and very responsive to feedback. They do a good job of delivering on their promise. Since joining their platform, my business has experienced immediate value. I look forward to watching them continue to grow their platform & capabilities.

Pietra is overall an amazing company to be associated with - I was trying to find a clothing manufacturer in the states that could produce really good screen printed merchandise and through their platform, I was able to find someone near Los Angeles that has exceeded my expectations. On top of everything else, Pietra Studio is proving to be a really good partner for our business!

We have been a VIP vendor partner with Pietra over the last year, our experience with Alex and the Pietra team has been nothing short of amazing. Their professionalism and unwavering support to assist brands and creators, both big and small has been incredible to be a part of. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested. Beware before you trust Pietra. I really wanted to love Pietra because I see their vision and what they want to offer to business owners. The idea is there, but the follow through and results are very much lacking. 1. Regarding finding suppliers. I will start by saying the ONE good experience I had was finding my jewelry Manufacter that I love. The rest of my experience with finding suppliers was not great. Over half of them don’t even respond to the initial inquiry message. I did a sample of jewelery packaging with ITIS packaging and compared it with a sample from a place from Alibaba and the one from Alibaba was 10x higher quality and about the same price per unit. I ordered some care cards and tissue paper from DODO packaging and I’m SO dissatisfied with that experience and quality. There’s many other options to find suppliers where you don’t have to pay to access the platform. Their print-on-demand section is literally just Printful with with less options. (The same exact products, product models, customization options, etc) If you want made-to-order/print-on-demand, just go straight to Printful where you have more options and control. 2. Regarding the fulfillment. I shipped my Jewelry and packaging to Pietra with hopes of using their warehousing and fulfillment service. But after many red flags I decided to do it in-house. Red flags: -A simple step that was supposed to take 2-5 days as advertised took 5 weeks. -within the Pietra community I saw many negative experiences of other ecom business owners waiting weeks for their customers orders to be delivered. -they don’t have good systems in place to make things efficient. -connecting your own outside manufacturer is not as easy and simple as they advertise. I know they’re trying and I know they have a great vision for what they WANT to be. But they’re not there yet unfortunately and they shouldn’t be trusted with your hard earned money and business you’ve worked so hard on.

Working with the Pietra team has been an absolute game-changer for me & my business. Efficiency is at the core of their operations. They understand the importance of clear and timely communication, ensuring that I am always informed about order updates, inventory status, and any other critical information. Their proactive and responsive nature has fostered a strong working relationship built on trust. What sets Pietra apart is their genuine commitment to my business's success. Their expertise and insights have been instrumental in streamlining my operations, improving customer satisfaction, and driving growth. Their commitment to helping my business thrive is truly commendable. I highly recommend Pietra as a whole. They have been a crucial piece in making my business the best it can be. With Pietra's assistance, I have achieved peace of mind and witnessed remarkable growth.

Pietra is an incredible resource for those who need help getting started. As a digital product ecommerce seller, I did not know how to begin the search of finding a supplier for a physical product idea. I loved how digital products are a "sit back, relax, and enjoy the cha-chings" concept, so I was weary getting into physical products until I learned of Pietra and how they fulfill and store the products all for you! Their platform and "custom request form" connected me with two perfect suppliers for my new products. I love how the fulfillment/warehouse portion is so easy-to-use and budget friendly. A few weeks later, my first product is listed and selling! The customer service is superb and cannot be more friendly. I'm so thankful I found this site!

Pietra is the best. Literally the hub for greatness when it comes to building your own business and brand. I love how quick their team replies, across the CEO and Heads of Departments its pretty cool to see tbh. I never saw a company get so in the weeds!

I do NOT recommend this service. 1) I paid up-front for 1 year of service (TERRIBLE IDEA) based on what they advertised. After going through the website and trying it out for less than 2 weeks, I realized it wasn't as advertised/hoped. I asked for a pro-rated refund (11 months of service I didn't want) which they absolutely refused. Their argument was it's a digital product and don't issue refunds. False, it's a digital service/subscription and people cancel those all the time. I am writing this post to protect the next person... DO NOT BUY their annual plan because if you don't like their platform, they will keep your money. I hope this negative review costs them thousands more than the $400 I lost out on. 2) their Print-on-Demand and Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) options are literally the exact same as PrintFull - which offers a FREE service. Ironically, Pietra doesn't allow you to link your DTC designs to Shopify for order fulfillment - PrintFull does. Pietra ONLY allows you to list items stored in inventory at their warehouse. It makes absolutely no sense... it's either their way to force you to use their sub-par storefront, or a way to force you to spend more money out of pocket while trying to build a brand. Again, it's the same DTC platform as PrintFull, PrintFull allows you to link direct to Shopify, Pietra does not. 3) their online Storefront is a marketing ploy. You can't personalize your Pietra storefront like you can on Shopify - hence, why I wanted to link Pietra to Shopify. Pietra's banner and logo are all over their storefront options. It's difficult to build a brand when the design of their storefront creates a brand identity crisis. 2) the vast majority of their vendors are NOT based on the US, which is what originally attracted me to Pietra. I even used their filter tool to only show vendors based out of the US. Doing some research, all 10 of the vendors I looked into were based overseas (mostly China). The only positive thing is that their customer service was responsive... But I wholeheartedly disagree that they can't offer me a refund. I own multiple restaurants... Their are people that eat my food I paid for, both the actual ingredients and labor that went into cooking the product, and I still offer refunds for customers whose expectations I failed to meet. Their argument is ridiculous. Hope this helps.
