Overall, Physgun is a great place for your web hosting needs! I pay for the ultimate website package that they offer, while at times there are issues all it takes is opening a ticket on the website / discord and remaining patient. Unlike some, I do understand we are all human and have plenty of things going on in life, so no matter if it takes up to 30-1 hour to get a response I feel they provide excellent support as it hasn’t taken me longer than a few hours to get whatever issue I have fixed! The Support is great! I’ve been with plenty of other hosts, Physgun takes the cake! I do wish there was a way to change your billing duration after having setup your services, I’m sure all it takes is opening a ticket just haven’t had the time to do so. Overall I enjoy the displayed performance of each package, and it's fairly affordable without any drawbacks attached. One thing I do have a bit of a pick about is installing custom content, as there are no instructions on how to do it, like I want to install HL2:EP2 content to my server, right? I don't know how to do it. Other than that, Physgun is probably the best hosting service I've used

Customer service is great! Even the most mundane of questions I have had they always give me an answer and if it's not readily available they try and help me find a solution. Can't recommend enough!
