Constant stuttering with lag issues causing player discontent. The website has crashed multiple times when attempting to use it. Server randomly stopped working with the support team claiming it wasn't on their end when no changes were made and the same schema works with other provider's services. Their support team does reply quickly which is nice, and In the past the stuttering issues weren't as prevalent but at this point its too much to ignore.

Hey there, sorry to hear about your experience, but to clarify; "Servers randomly not working" is generally due to an addon updating. Most cases this is a workshop addon because they can automatically update when the server restarts. We have currently made no changes to how Garry's Mod servers are created which is standardized across our entire platform, straight from SteamCMD. All Physgun servers are containerized and secure meaning that they are all installed the exact same way, considering there are no other reports of this the only realistic problem that stands out is misconfiguration / an addon conflict. We're more than happy to help assist, we even have amazing people in our community Discord who help with these sorts of third-party errors which can help you narrow down the problem. I understand that you tested your addons on a different servers but the likelyhood of you having a different config between both servers is extremely high, especially if you did not clear your workshop cache from your current Physgun server.
