OK but not great
My experience with this host wasn’t great, mainly due to the lack of reliable support. I’ve used ther hosting providers before, and their response times were significantly faster. Here, I had support tickets sitting unanswered for 7–8 hours, which makes the claim of 24/7 support hard to believe. The server performance itself was decent at times, but not what I expected for a premium service. When running maps with a high number of entities, the server struggled badly—I was getting around 8 server FPS (not in-game FPS, but server-side performance). After switching to a different host, I’m now consistently hitting 60 server FPS with even more entities, which highlights the difference in performance. Overall, while I initially thought Physgun would be a high-quality, premium option, it didn’t live up to

Hello, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, as we really do appreciate it, and reviews like this help us make sure we're delivering the experience our customers deserve. What you've described is genuinely not how we like to run things around here, and if this is something that happened on your account, we would absolutely love the opportunity to make it right for you. We'd really like to dig into this, but unfortunately, the name on the review doesn't match any client account we have on file, so we're having a hard time tracking down your tickets and server to investigate. We also reached out through Trustpilot to ask for a few more details so we could help, but no response was received, which has left us in a bit of a bind on our end. A quick note on the technical side: server FPS on maps with high entity counts can vary quite a bit depending on plan resources, configuration, and the specific workload of the map itself, and it's something we'd genuinely love to dig into with you to understand exactly what was happening on your specific server. On the support side, our 24/7 commitment is something we take very seriously, and we'd want to review your specific tickets to understand the timeline on our end as well. That said, I'd genuinely love to hear from you and get this sorted. Please feel free to reach out to me directly. You can open a ticket at billing.physgun.com and address it to me, or shoot me an email at [email protected] with the email on your account, and I'll personally take a look and make sure we get to the bottom of this and make it right! Thanks again for your feedback, and I really do hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, William McGlynn President of Infraly, LLC DBA Physgun
