Thank you so much for your valuable feedback. We offer a huge variety of video templates on our platform, and we keep releasing brand-new templates every week. For this reason, some older templates will be moved to the lower section of the page. Regarding the Boney M Rasputin video template you are looking for, here is the quick access path: Go to Video Templates, then select the Cool Dance tab at the top, and you will find the Daddy Cool dance template inside. Your feedback has helped us notice that although we have abundant templates available, users may struggle to locate their desired ones quickly. We will discuss this issue with our development team and strive to come up with an effective optimization solution as soon as possible. We highly appreciate your kind suggestion. If you still fail to find the template smoothly, please feel free to contact us via email [email protected] and send us your user ID. We will get back to you within 24 hours on working days.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention, and please accept our sincerest apologies for the distressing experience you’ve had with our billing system. This was entirely our error, and we take full responsibility for the confusion and frustration this has caused you. To clarify what happened, our team noticed that two separate subscription plans were accidentally active on your account at the same time. We reached out as soon as we detected the issue, but due to a staff vacation, our subsequent responses were delayed. We are deeply sorry for leaving you waiting during such a critical matter. We want to assure you that we have taken immediate action: Subscription Cancelled: The unauthorized weekly subscription has been completely deactivated. Full Refunds Processed: All duplicate and incorrect charges have been officially submitted for refund. Depending on your bank, the funds should reflect in your account within a few business days. Furthermore, we completely agree with your feedback regarding the lack of transparency in our system. To prevent this from happening again and to provide full visibility, we are actively working on a new Billing Dashboard that will launch very soon. Once online, you will be able to easily view your payment history and download your official invoices at any time. Please keep an eye on your email inbox, as we will continue to monitor your case and stay in touch until we confirm the refunds have safely returned to your account. Your trust means everything to us, and we are truly sorry for letting you down this time.
