Six swivel chairs and a table were delivered. One of the chair backs was damaged in transit and did not fit right on the chair. I contacted customer service and they responded right away and sent me a new chair back and the chair came together just fine. Excellent customer service was provided!!! We are greatly pleased with the look and comfort of the table and chairs.

The chairs we ordered were exactly what we wanted, however one package contained the incorrect arm. The issue was quickly corrected by sending me the correct replacement arm to be able to assemble the last chair.

Helpful and responsive with issue 2 times and sent parts quickly

I ordered 6 swivel bar stools for my dock. The chairs went together with no problem. I did notice that one of the swivel bases was missing a few bearings. I sent an email and explained what I found, a couple of days later a replacement was sent to me. The chairs are out on my dock fully functional and looking good. I would recommend this product.

Excellent furniture and fantastic support, I received my table with a couple small dent that probably happened during shipping, I contacted support and no questions asked sent me a new table that I received the next day!

First delivery (7 pc outdoor dining set) had a damaged table. Customer service sent me a new table after sending them photos of the damaged table. The new table arrived a few days later undamaged (Fedex sent two delivery guys this time to carry the table and deliver to the front porch. I inspected and assembled the table and it now sits in our covered lanai. It fits and looks terrific. A few neighbors came over and we sat around the table in the new chairs. They were comfortable.
