NEVER AGAIN! Ordered a complete patio set. a few of the little plastic inserts/sliders in the bottom of the chairs were missing and damaged and I requested Alphamarts send a few to me. They wanted PHOTOS!!!!!.....of missing parts???? of a parts cost with shipping cost of maybe $4.00. So, be warned, customer service is a joke.

Purchase a 15 foot umbrella with sand stand and table stand (e02gm013)on Amazon. 12 umbrella rod extensions were missing. Have tried calling and emailing and am unable to reach anyone for replacements. The edge of the umbrella cover hangs over the ribs.

I love my patio set, but they sent a wrong piece and we do not have a complete set. I can’t reach anyone from costumer service, and they won’t respond to my emails.

Ordered two recliner chairs. Had an issue with one of the chairs and the prompt response times and the helpfulness of the staff in resolving the issue was great!

Ordered 6 piece set which was packed well and instructions were easy to understand and everything was clearly labeled. Small section of wicker was damaged on one of the arms of the sofa and it was missing one of the cushions. I reached out to them via email/customer service and received prompt response. Immediately sent me a new sofa. I appreciate the quick response and no hassle resolution. Very Good customer service. Thanks

We purchased the 7 piece outdoor dining set. One chair back arrived damaged and they shipped out a replacement piece which arrived within a few days. Response time & communication was very good!

I order a table with a umbrella , great product,

We ordered a very large RV carport from Alpha Mart and shortly after it had already shipped we learned from our HOA that it may not be allowed. I quickly contacted their customer service team to explain the dilemma we were in and without even questioning it, they kindly agreed to contact their logistics team to see if they could intercept the large parcel. Unfortunately it was too late but they still went out of their way to try and assist us so they suggested refusing the shipment when FedEx called prior to delivery. From there the only issues we ran into were with FedEx and a breakdown in communication as to where the package actually was. It was showing delivered to us & signed by a stranger number followed by RECON but come to find out the package was successfully returned to the sender without our involvement and Alpha Mart quickly refunded our credit card for the full purchase amount. We later got clearance from our HOA to put up the carport so if in the future we decide to order again, we will without a doubt do business with Alpha Mart. Their customer service and support team was top notch and we thank them for that. If you ever need to make a large purchase like we did, know that you can trust Alpha Mart and their team to treat you right. They are a very reputable company.
