Transphobic. They will refill an estrogen prescription once or twice, then suddenly cannot. Multiple attempts made for explanation. None provided. Impossible to get a straight answer. Do not support republican anti-LGBT bigotry, do not do business with a transphobic pharmacy.

I would rate the Amazon Pharmacy service Zero Stars if this were an option! They are infuriating! My Doctor tries to send 90 day supplies and they constantly fill in odd quantities like 27 or 22 day supplies. I called my insurance and they go Amazon Pharmacy on the phone who informed them that they need another script from my doctor stating a 90 day supply. I have done this three times and Amazon again makes the same error. They have a long way to go to even be a descent pharmacy. I'd rate their service and customer services as EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE. Unfortunately this poor performing excuse for a pharmacy is what Blue Cross chose for my plan and I have no other options :(!

I have had numerous problems with Amazon Pharmaceuticals, all related to their website. I have used Amazon for about 14 months for my prescriptions. About every three months, something has gone wrong with my prescriptions or with refills. I was unable to remedy any problem via their web site and could only do so by spending an hour or more on the phone with their staff. Recently, Amazon shipped me pharmaceuticals I did not order. They will not issue a return. When the refill date came up, Amazon notified me via email they were going to fill the order. I immediately cancelled the prescription and turned off the automatic refill option. What was not apparent on their web site was the order was still being processed. Nowhere was there any indication they were still going to ship the pharmaceuticals. After the prescription was delivered, Amazon will not take it back nor refund any charges. I will not use them again for prescriptions.

I was a happy pillpack customer when I got an email that I had to transfer everything to amazon pharmacy. I figured amazon could handle a transition like that, especially if they were requiring it. I was wrong! They must not have put the tech in place before requiring this of their customers. Their website is extremely confusing and it's difficult to tell how much things will cost and if they are even going to be shipped or not. I have received at least 4 emails saying that my prescription has expired and that pill pack hasn't responded to transfer my prescription over so I need to call my provider to send in a new prescription. However, when I check on their website it says the prescription is active, coming in the next shipment, and has 4 refills. When I looked at the website yesterday some of the meds were showing the cash price and some showed the insurance price and some showed active and some not - even though they had refills. What a mess! Yesterday I spent 40 minutes on the phone with a pharmacist and a technician making sure that all of my meds are coming in the next shipment and that they are all running through my insurance. Since I am a nurse practitioner I just called some of the meds that were missing in myself. I thought I finally got everything squared away and then today I got two emails - one said that they needed a prescription by September 2nd or it couldn't be sent in the upcoming shipment. The other said that a different prescription had expired yesterday and wouldn't be included in my upcoming shipment. Neither of these things was reflected on their website, so I contacted support through the chat and they said both of those meds were coming, so they didn't know what those emails were about. I checked to see if it was spam, but it wasn't. Amazon pharmacy really needed to make sure they had everything in order prior to requiring Pill pack customers to change over. In the end I have 0% confidence that all my meds will show up. At least the employees are nice and try to be helpful, but what a mess! I expected better of Amazon!!

worst customer service ever. Never try to deal with their customer service. Just ask for a pharmacy tech until they transfer. Customer service will not listen to anything you tell them. Their standard of operation is to shut you down with no assistance. Talk to a pharmacist.

Pill pack.Has been filling my prescriptions in the daily dosage packets. Now that they’ve now become pill pack / Amazon pharmacy I’m told that it’s not possible to fill my prescription in the daily pill packet. During the move from Amazon pill pack to Amazon pharmacy pill pack.They got my dosage wrong, monthly pill pack count wrong, and no longer are all my pills in the convenience daily packets.

I ordered from Amazon Pharmacy, but my order never arrived. When I contacted customer service, instead of helping or taking responsibility, they simply refused to give me a refund. This is incredibly unfair — I paid for something I never received. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to refund a missing order shows a complete lack of accountability. I expected much better from a company of this size, and I won’t be ordering from them again

I was using PillPack for my elder mom. They had the greatest customer service and weee always so helpful. Less than 24 hours of having to switch to Amazon Pharmacy and I’m so frustrated and angry. 1 prescription that was packaged for my mom now has to be ordered separately and in a bottle, not a package with what day and time to take it. They didn’t transfer over her provider name and contact and now we’ve gone from a convenient back draft to credit card only. I see AP has a 1.3 rating in reviews. I’m not confident this will be a good experience. And customer service stinks!
