Sending checks to pay the PG&E bill as usual, only to have balance due and missed payments, 'calls concerning your account' that always take a accusatory theme, etc. Turns out PG&E still wanted their already paid bill paid again and added a fee for the trouble. Seems only older folk are affected by this issue.
