Nice products, could expand the selection. Also have a tab for "new products" to highlight recently added items. Also a waitlist like other sites for backordered items so customers can be notified when the item is back in stock. Also the return label generator did not work even though website says label will be received within 1 business day. Other websites also pay for return shipping. Will probably continue to peruse the website but will likely buy the items elsewhere.... Overall a nice website but not as convenient as others.

I had ordered from PetSwag for the first time and had to make a return. My fault--nothing on there end. Their customer service was fast, professional and personal. I would definitely order again from them.

I ordered a harness and leash in early July. Two weeks later, nothing had arrived. I called several times, was repeatedly told my items had shipped, would arrive the next day, an email was on its way, etc. All was a lie. The leash arrived after 2.5 weeks, but no harness. I kept calling but still no harness. Eventually gave up and ordered a second harness direct from the manufacturer and canceled the original. Well, that's when I found out that petswag never even had my harness - they had ordered it from the mfg just like me and were just reselling it. In summary - poor service, phones not answered, lies, and a terrible experience. Only positive thing is they did refund my order.

Got to me in two days- I was expecting it to come the following week! Also nice that shipping was very inexpensive. Good variety of products. Can't wait to make another purchase!

Fast delivery of 2 carriers for our cats (sleepypod air). They are the perfect size for travel and the cats immediately explored them because of the soft cushions on the bottom. Thank you!

I ordered a "Found My Animal" collar and leash. The collar was available in various sizes, but the leash had no mention of size. "Found My Animal" offers the leash in small, medium, and large. I could only hope that the leash would match the collar. Not even close. I regret ordering from Petswag instead if from "Found My Animal". Same price.

There was a glitch with my order. Petswag not only made everything right, but then they also gave me a discount to make up for the problem. After the order issue was straightened out, my items arrived very promptly. They are so nice, that I will be happy to buy from them in the future.
