I took my Shih Tzu in to be groomed. A new groomer who had obviously not been trained properly cut the pads on two of her feet. They rushed her to a nearby Vet, but two days later her feet are still bleeding! Very disappointing and upsetting! Our pets are like our children - when they hurt we hurt!

Ordered frontline for my dog online. They are using UPS Inovation which takes about 10 days to get here! They want you to pay for expediated shipping at $20.00! In the meantime, my dog is scratching like crazy until we get the frontline. WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN! UGH!

Overall good store. They have a good selection and good prices on most of their products.

They have premium dog food. Some are a little over price, but with coupons its worth it.

The beta fish that i bought was in healthy shape until i purchased their food... not sure ifi t was expired food or junk but i'm telling you it's the food. I've purchased things in the past from petsmart it isn't a problem at all.

went in with mom to buy a guinea pig. they tried to sell us a big cage which we would not have been able to carry walking home. we told them we had a temporary one and could order one on line. they said the animal count' survive 2 days in the cage we were going to provide ( dog carrier that we used to carry a 20 lb dog in). They are out to sell you the whole set of stuff when all you want is the animal. we will never shop here again it is the location in the 9700 block of katy freeway in the heb shopping center in houston texas \

I used to love petsmart but now, it is too expensive. i can't afford to buy here, i am going to try amazon

I order my pets supplies and needs over the internet. I have to say they are fast on delivery. Although the customer service department does not know what the left hand is doing to the right hand. Meaning....they are completely clueless as to the status of orders, full fulfillment, shipping. My order was shipped in several shipments. No indication on invoices partial shipment, no indication of order being completed. Called to check on when order would be received on the missing items and they said the order had not even been processed. The minute I got off the phone the door bell would ring and there would be the order or the rest of the missing ordered items. Petsmart needs to train their shipping department. I ordered my pet supplies and they put 80 pounds in one flimsy box. They did not break up the order to separate the weight. Products were damaged in shipping and loss of product was missing. I'm surprised UPS accepted the package in it's un-stable state. I won't be order from them anymore.
