Customer service doesnt offer any help. Adjusting or cancelation online orders is impossible. Even minutes after ordering. Chewy does much better with requests.

My dog is a 9yr old long haired GS . She is docile and people / dog friendly . It was suggested I not bring her back for services because “ she dosent want to stand up long enough “ to finish being brushed . I have an awful feeling she was afraid due to the treatment she was receiving , therefore was cowering . Hopeful I am wrong .i would not take any dog there if it was free. My bill was $145.00 !

The Petsmart in Apache Junction Az. Is overpriced on all there pet food and pet treats more than Walmart, Frys or Chewy by more than $2-3 dollars.They have expired products on the shelves and never update the sales tags on the shelves when expired.

I quit going to my local pet smart. I would prefer to go there but they never approach customers to see if they need any help. Ive always had to track an employee down if i needed something, its happened to me too many times. They are just not a friendly or helpful store. I believe you should love animals and be friendly with them and their owners when you work at a pet store. The two positive things I do have to say, so happy we can take our pets with us and their sales can be great.

Not the Best leash quality, a couple refunds was needed, but customer service was ok.

I ordered treats to be delivered and they didn't have it i guess so they put me in to pick it up at a store that is over an hour away!! Now I can't reorder because i have to wait 3-5 days for a refund!! This place is a joke!! Chewy it is!!!

They don’t have a lot of things for dogs like a variety of treats. Also, their agents are not very helpful.
