PetSmart is a disgrace, please never ever shop here or bring your animals too them, they are uneducated, breed shaming animals abusers... DISGUSTING company....please stop shopping here....

I took my dog to PetSmart in Alvin and the result was terrible! Very uneven haircut with a cut to the skin and cut the toenails to close and cut the paws!! I’ve never had such a bad experience with them before!

I took my dog to the PetSmart groomers at Hawthorne. DONT take them there. They don’t know what they’re doing ! They even left her a cut on her skin!

I took my dog to get his hair trimmed, he ends up getting his body hair bald. Hours after we arrive home he started shaking, walking slow, vomiting, not wanting to eat. Its been six days and he is still the same.

PetSmart in Manchester grooming suck they won’t schedule a appt for me because they state I was rude at one time like 8 years ago. I won’t recommend anyone to go there customer service sucks But love the clinic

We made an appointment on 09/28/20 to have our Yorkie bathed and groomed In Springfield Ohio on 10/03/20. Because of our age and disabilities we use Petsmart. So I left 20 minutes before appointed time. They call 15 minutes before appointed and say that someone called off and we need to remake another appointment. We never asked for a certain groomer and they were taking other dogs. If this is how you treat your customers then I will take my business someplace else. And so should you.

I made an appointment to have my dog groomed for the 5th time they were unable to groom due to personnel issues! There reponse was oh well too bad nothing we can do! Turned there back on me. I drive 15 miles no call to advise me of the problem.

3 stars because overall they are fine but I had a problem with the dog trainer where they setup an appointment (this was before covid) for training but then the class was empty so I had to wait for another class, but I couldn't do it because the times didn't work out. They shouldn't have signed me up for the first class and waste all my time if it was not even available.
