I’m livid, not only was I assured that the process would be timely and the plush would look like my pet. I waiting 9months , wasted almost £200 for a plush that barely even looks like my animal, fluff literally coming off. What did I spend my money on again? What was the money for? If I knew this would be my experience I would have gone elsewhere, ruined my nieces birthday present .

Glad We did. My wife and I have been receiving videos from our Goddaughter's parents ever since she started to talk of her saying whenever the weekend is approaching, that she's wants to visit us and see Dukie. Given that we live in Brooklyn, and she lives in Connecticut, we decided to give Petslify a shot of giving our goddaughter her wish. We sent the photos and description with our order (the more photos from all angles the better), and waited, and waited, and waited (the only reason for 4/5 stars) and when the plush was ready (I highly recommend the additional fee for the review/revision) we sent our notes (a little haircut to create a more shaggy look). We were giddy that they had done such a wonderful job of capturing our boy. A month after that, Duke E Boy arrived, and we are so happy with the work they did, more importantly the delayed 2nd birthday gift was a complete success. Thank you Petslify.

The dog I had made for my daughter after she lost him unexpectedly, it was a replica of him! The fur, eyes, tail, everything was wonderful!

I know I’m not going to get an identical replica of my pup but what they sent didn’t look anything like a chihuahua even. It wasn’t well made at all one of the front paws was sideways, the mouth is crooked, and one of the ears is sewn on weird as well. It looks really similar to some of the customer reviews on their site so it feels less like a custom build and more like they have a color that’s close and use mass produced animals for these. I don’t even want them to try again I just want my money back and they can have this back.

My experience with Petslify was not great. I had ordered 2 products well in advance for a wedding. Due to a warehouse fire the estimate on their website was not accurate but regardless the order should have still made it on time. I received my previews and did not like either stuffy. I asked for revision which showed slight improvements. While I was still not 100% happy with the end result, I decided to move forward with shipping as the event was now only 2 weeks away. I stressed this deadline in email correspondence twice and even inquired about expedited shipping for which I would have happily paid. No response. I was told the order is packed and to look out for tracking info. Nothing happened. A week later I reach out to inquire. I am simply told, we’ll check on the status of your order. Another week passes, and so does the wedding. I reach out again and a couple of days later i am finally sent the tracking information which shows my shipping label was created THAT DAY!! Mind you this is 2.5 weeks after they stated my order is packed and I should receive my tracking information. I am truly disappointed by the dismissing email correspondence and lack of care for their customers. I am now stuck with products that neither truly look like the pets in question nor arrived on time due to their negligence.

Horrible. The pet is cheaply made and looks NOTHING like my dog. Not only did it take forever, I am greatly disappointed

First of All, I have already written 2 Reviews on Petslify, of which “Trust Pilot” Took Them both down!! Needless to say, Trust Pilot Cannot be trusted to Honestly keep up Your reviews!! As I have read that The Company You are reviewing can get Negative reviews to Be taken down by Trustpilot!! So what’s the point?! Back to yet another review of Petslify. I Would Highly Recommend that People stay far away from from Petslify, IF they Do actually want a Product! Petslify states on Their website a 9 week turn around time to receive Your plushie. And after seeing several negative reviews with the exact same issues with this company that I’ve had, which Have Also been taken down. I ordered 2 Dog Plushies back in February, and after several excuses and standard replies, by the time July was here, I contacted my bank for a dispute with Petslify and did receive my money back. Again, I cannot emphasize enough to Not Order from Petslify. Avoid heartache and frustration!

I got the plush for my wife. In memory of her dog Moonshine. It looks amazing! You guys did a fantastic job on it. She absolutely loves it. Thank you guys so much for what you do. I had a great experience dealing with you guys. Your customer service was excellent and helpful throughout the process. Thank you again
