My Mom has Alzheimer's and had to go into long term care and leave her 70# Lucy Catahoula mix with me. The Little Lucy I had made for her made her so happy. People kept thinking she had a new puppy sitting with her. Thank you, Petslify for making such a wonderful likeness of our Lucy.

Terrible customer service (more automated types of responses than anything) and I was more frustrated than focusing on grieving after losing my cat. Long story short, I ended up getting refunded through my credit card company and went with CuddleClones, which I should've just done from the beginning.

My order took forever. Almost 16 weeks. Then it looked nothing like the pictures I had sent. Maybe if I had bleached my dog it would have been similar but not even close.

This has been a horrible experience..made our order back in november for 2 plush's and paid extra for delivery by Christmas.. that didnt happen.. finally only 1 of the plush got delivered on December 28th 3 days past christmas.. and still missing the 1 plush with no update after emailing multiple times to the support team. Worst experience I have had in almost any company I have dealt with. And no im not a bot just putting a bad review up as one of their emails stated to me they had bots making bad reviews and hurting their business.

This company only posts their good reviews. I sent a 1 star and they won’t post. They took forever and never gave me the preview option I paid for. The color was all wrong and the quality is bad. I am VERY disappointed. Way too expensive for his poor of service and quality! DO NOT BUY!

I ordered a custom plushie from this company at the beginning of September knowing that it would take at the latest 9 weeks. I paid extra for the “sneak preview”, I gave the optional tip to the workers in hopes that would ensure this was made with extra care, and bought a little grooming kit. Well, it’s now December and I have nothing to show for it but a long email exchange of empty promises and multiple date requests from me that have gone unanswered. I received a preview email almost exactly 9 weeks from my purchase date. The cat I ordered looked half finished, so I requested some adjustments, which took another 2 weeks. I finally got an email that I signed off on and after another week I got an email that said my package was ready to be shipped! Yay! Just waiting on that tracking number. It never came. A week and a half later I reached out, Alex Miller (if that’s even a real person) says, “it’s coming.” So I asked, what’s the hold up, I’ve been waiting 2 weeks now. Never received a response. Waited another week, then asked for an update again. Crickets. In total, it has been over 3 months, and I’ve heard nothing valuable from them since early November. I don’t understand how a company can tell you your product is ready, ask you to reach out if you don’t receive a tracking number in 10 days, and then have absolutely no useful information for you when you follow all of their instructions after taking over $300 from you!! Do. Not. Recommend.

This is a scam company. They will not give you an actual product. Every positive review is fake. Our order was placed on May 5, 2025. We were told it was shipped in July, but never given a tracking number. Multiple emails were sent in August and September, and the response was always "Don't worry, everything is okay." In October they stopped answering my emails. We never received our plush and were charged $217.02. If you look on reddit, you'll see that there is an entire subreddit of people who were never given their ordered plushies and eventually ghosted. Do not order from this scam company.

BUYER BEWARE. FRAUD WARNING. Horrendous. False advertising on the website. Misleading final pricing. Charged us twice on our credit card and told us they won’t cancel the order as it’s too late. We contacted them immediately after the order and THEY didn’t respond for 2 days. When they finally responded they told us we waited too long to contact them. Alex Miller the customer service agent was extremely rude and dismissive. We will be filing a fraudulent charge action with our bank and contacting BBB.
