Hello Janie, That is exactly what we aim for! We believe ordering your pet’s essentials should be straightforward and fast, so we’re thrilled to hear you had a great experience. Thank you for choosing PetScy! Best, The PetScy Team
It was easy to order and I really liked that it didn't automatically put you in a subscription. I like to buy one to see if a product works before committing. That was appreciated.

Hey Debra. We do not put anyone into a subscription. If you revisit the site, theres a toggle button that switches between a Subscription version or a One Time Purchase option. The customer chooses. If you decide to not want the next order. Simply email [email protected] before the next order is set to process and the support team can cancel or manage anyway you like. Thanks Chris Founder

3.18: Following up to me message below. Thanks for the feedback Jeana. However, you gave us one star that means our website was horrible and brings down our rating. Would you mind updating that if that was an error as it really hurts our business. If it was meant, please let me know if there was anything we could've done differently, as our goal it always provide a 5star experience. Appreciate your business. Chris Founder
The site was easy to navigate, shopping cart easy for checkout. Yet, no email letting me know when my product might ship.

Hello Stephen, We appreciate the feedback on the site, but we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication after your order. You should have received an automated confirmation and a shipping update shortly after—if those didn't hit your inbox, we want to make it right immediately. I have sent you a private message with your specific tracking information and the current status of your shipment. We're working to ensure our automated updates are firing correctly so this doesn't happen again! Best, The PetScy Team
I have a 17 year old Shih Tzu and she was really starting to have a hard time getting around. It honestly had me pretty worried because she was slowing down a lot and I started thinking about things no dog owner wants to think about. She’s been taking these Longevity joint chews for about 2 months now and I’ve definitely noticed a difference. She moves around better, gets up easier, and just seems a little more comfortable overall. It’s honestly been really exciting to see. I’ve tried a bunch of other joint chews and “longevity” supplements before and most of them either didn’t seem to do much or were crazy expensive for what was in them. These are the first ones where the ingredients actually seem worth the price and they seem to work. I really wish I had started giving these to my dogs years ago. I honestly think it could have helped them stay healthier and active longer. Very happy I found these.

Hello Jennifer, A 17-year-old Shih Tzu! That is absolutely amazing, and we are so honored to be a part of her senior years. We know exactly how worrying it is when our best friends start to slow down, and hearing that she’s moving more comfortably and getting up easier is the best news we could receive. We take great pride in our ingredient labels, so hearing that you find them worth the investment means the world to us. Thank you for sharing her journey—we’re just as excited as you are to see her thriving! Best, PetScy
I would not purchase nothing from this company. I canceled my subscription and two months later they picked up and decided they’re gonna charge me out of the blue. This company is a scam. Do not order from them.

Hey Paul, following up to be message below. Just want to make sure that you're aware that we don't randomly charge customers. Paul, We don’t randomly charge customers. That would be a waste of money for us since we pay for the return label, and it would also be bad for business. An e-commerce company records and timestamps every action taken by both the customer support team and the customer. When I see reviews like this, I want to make sure nothing improper occurred. If there was a mistake on our end, I would absolutely own it and make sure it doesn’t happen again. However, nothing improper occurred in this case. On January 3rd, your order rebilled as normal, 30 days after your previous order. Later that same day, the customer requested a login code to the customer portal and manually updated the subscription. The next scheduled order for February 3rd was skipped, pushing the following shipment to March 3rd. Here is the copied timestamp from the system: "Subscription #704222150 Probiotic Health Chews - Subscription - 2 Units skipped by customer Jan 3, 2026 | 12:08:03 PM EST Existing charge scheduled for Feb 03, 2026 for 'Probiotic Health Chews - Subscription - 2 Units' skipped" My guess is you may not remember making that change, but it did occur. PetScy did not scam you. We simply sent the order based on the subscription schedule after it was updated. If this refreshes your memory, it would be appreciated if you updated the review, as we fulfilled the order as requested and still provided a free return label when the order was no longer wanted. Reliable and trustworthy, this company checks all the right boxes. The supplements work well and I like that my fur baby gets what she needs from them.
