Over time dogs can build up a tolerance to any chews or medicines. I would suggest increasing to see if that helps. PetScy

Hey Rebecca, We completely understand. We actually have a new formula for this product being delivered this week. We changed the base ingredients to make the chews much more flavorful and appealing to dogs. Would it be okay if I sent you a jar of the new formula to try in a week? If your dog still doesn’t like the taste, I’ll refund your order without requiring you to return anything. If that works for you, I’ll also send you a personal email so you can let me know how she likes the new taste. Your feedback would be really helpful to us. Following up. Thanks for the update, Christena. Do you mind updating the star rating as well? That’s what affects our overall average, and it’s currently still showing as 2 stars, which unfortunately has a negative impact on our rating. We really appreciate you taking the time to update it! Hello Christena, We take customer service very seriously. Can you confirm that you’re leaving a review for the right company? I ask because you mention “drops,” but you ordered dog chews from us. Secondly, we track all emails, and I don’t see any emails from the Yahoo email address you have on file. Which make me believe that you may be mistaken. Third, nothing is sent in glass bottles or anything that can break. I definitely want to look into this further. If not us I kindly ask that you update the review. Chris Founder

Hello Adrian, Can you please provide a few more details so I can look into this and see what happened? Our goal is to make cancellation as easy as possible, so if you had a difficult experience, I'd like to understand where the process broke down. Currently, customers can cancel in several ways: Email or call our support team (our contact information is printed on the bottle, product inserts, and shipping label). Visit PetScy.com and click the Help tab. From there, customers can log directly into their account (a one-time password is texted for convenience) to manage or cancel their subscription. From the Help Center, customers will also find step-by-step cancellation instructions, along with a button that allows them to email customer support directly if they prefer not to log into their account. Simply reply to any order confirmation email, which is sent with every processed order. The only exception is if an order has already been processed for shipment. At that point, we're unable to stop the shipment, but we're always happy to provide a prepaid return label for a full refund. Please let me know where you felt the process became difficult so I can personally review it and determine whether this is something we need to improve or if it was simply an isolated issue. Hi, Can you confirm if you're the Craig Patterson in Detroit? Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we're sorry to hear that your pups are still struggling with itching and scratching. Every dog is different, and factors such as environmental allergies, food sensitivities, seasonal allergens, and other health conditions can all play a role. A few things that have helped some customers include pairing the chews with an omega-3 supplement such as fish oil and working with their veterinarian to identify any underlying triggers that may be contributing to the itching. Since you have been a long term customer I'll send out a free bottle today to see if that helps. Can you confirm if you're the Craig Patterson in Detroit? I actually have a pittie with skin issues myself, and our chews have helped her tremendously, so it really can vary from dog to dog. May I ask what brand and flavor of food you're feeding your pups? I ask because my own dog's skin can flare up significantly when she's fed certain foods or brands. Environmental factors can also make a big difference. For example, scented candles, air fresheners, or scented laundry detergents can sometimes trigger skin issues. My dog has experienced hair loss and increased itching from certain detergents, and even prolonged rolling in grass can cause flare-ups. I don't know if any of this applies to your dogs, but I wanted to share some additional ideas because I know how difficult it is to watch our dogs suffer.
