Hello Jo, We went ahead and cancelled any future orders. Note, we did recently update the formula. The order that is on its way now has Colostrum and Quercetin (acts like a antihistamine). Therefore, I suggest trying this last bottle as it may help. If you received that formula with the first order in March, let me know and i can get you out a return label to return for a refund. Hey Ronald, Can you provide a bit more clarity? We are always trying to improve. On our website, customers can choose between a one-time purchase or a discounted recurring option. There is a toggle switch clearly displayed on the product page to select either option. Was the 2-star rating due to not being aware of the toggle and feeling like a subscription was forced? We are always happy to cancel any subscription order, even if it was placed just to receive the discount. You can simply email [email protected] and we will take care of it right away. Reviews and star ratings are very important to us. If my explanation clears up any concerns about subscriptions, we would really appreciate you updating your review and rating based on that information. If you still feel we did not meet 5-star expectations, could you please let us know why? Any rating under 4 stars does impact our small business, so if there is something else we can improve, I would really like to understand and address it. From what I can tell, the concern may be around subscriptions, but as mentioned above, there is a clearly marked toggle to select your preference.
