They charged me to register on the site 45.00 and then I found the papers from EPAA and it said the chip registration was included in my microchip insertion fee.Pet key never offered or gave me a refund. I'm fuming because I have 4 more pets to get chipped and now I don't trust them. They are double dipping.

Very easy to sign up our cat and we feel very safe now in case he gets lost.

How can I review when I have not used the service?

I registered. The chip is worthless without a way to get the info back to the owners.
