This shop was great and very helpful. I feel more confident that our little dog can be returned if he runs off.

Not very clear, and registering an adopted pet that was microchipped by another person. Would like a tag and never received or given an opportunity to purchase one to put on collar.

A very reputable company. I made a mistake and purchased something I didn't need. In contacting the company, they were kind and efficient in canceling my order and refunding my money.

Great costumer service, very nice and polite. And gave me the information I was looking for in a timely manner.
