We've only had our 15 month old puppy for 4 1/2 weeks so not much to tell. She's not tried to escape the yard so thankfully I haven't needed their services. Registering her microchip over the phone was simple and very easy with the representatives help and all my questions and or concerns were answered. Plus I received a confirmation email almost immediately after the purchase so everything went smoothly.
