Everything was basically fine. Order took a little longer to arrive then I thought it would.

This is my first time using pet flow. I was going to order a Be One Breed dog bed direct from the brand's site, when i realized they were charging $35 for shipping. I came across pet flow through a google search, and they had the bed I wanted for the same price as ordering direct and $0 shipping. I ordered the bed sunday evening, it was fulfilled monday morning and it arrived tuesday. Impressed.

If you keep continuing to have my party mix by Friskies I will keep ordering from you that was the thing with Chewy they stop caring all of them and I stop buying from them.

Chewy called me and told me they would no longer supply my dog food so I asked them if they had the same food with another brand they did now so I cancelled my autoship and got on the net with Petflow!! No problems and they seem to be a great company.

I was charged for 7 bags of treats and only received 6 bags. I wrote to the company two days ago and no response yet!

Ran out of our cat's favorite canned food and PetFlow came to the rescue. This was out of stock everywhere, even at our local pet stores. Petflow had it in stock and shipped with speed and care. Thank you
