Didn’t actually order, the company says they reached out to my Vet but I checked with my Vet multiple times and they heard nothing. Had to cancel order and buy the food directly from the vet at a much higher cost but didn’t have time to keep trying to troubleshoot.

I experienced an issue with the shipper of my order - 2 bags of dog food were lost somewhere. PetFlow replaced them no questions asked. And their customer service staff was empowered to make the changes quickly and without consulting a manager. Well done.

They advertised at the time of my order that the specialty urinary cat food I needed was in stock. So I ordered two packages. Weeks go by and I get a cancelled order email. Meanwhile, I've now run out of the food I had remaining and am scrambling to try and locate it at other places. If you don't have something, don;t advertise that you do, Taking an order and now having product or access to it is not cool. Wasted three weeks and now I'm in a bind. Update: I spoke to the customer service group who was able to explain they were out of one type of food, but had in stock another similar one from the same manufacturer. They now have me set up on a subscription service which is great. If they are reading this review, I would suggest to be proactive with their clients to avoid situation in the future.

My experience was a good one. PetFlow was the only retailer I could find which carried the Royal Canin prescription cat food in a 17 pound bag. Word i was getting was that Royal Canin had a nationwide shortage. PetFlow to the rescue! Their ordering process was easy and they contacted my veterinarian to confirm the prescription. The bag arrived at my door in just a few days, and a text from Federal Express alerted me it was about to be delivered.
