Very disappointed, ordered 3 zippy paws lady bugs for my pup, have bought before and these are not the same they are much bigger , my fur baby turned up her nose.

My dogs eat Fromm products due to skin allergen issues and keeps my rescue lab off of Apoquel.Ithink the prices are fair and the occasional treat coupon codes are a nice bonus. Shipping has been a bit off lately but I can't blame that on the company.

Ordering process was great. Spoke with a team member to ensure my dog’s food would ship in a timely manner (as there seems to be a shortage on my specific food). Order shipped and then got stuck for 4 days with no update on when it would arrive. Called and was assured it would arrive next day. Two days later it finally arrived. Sadly I had to go out and buy something else locally given the delay.

My girls wouldn’t eat the food. So I was able to order a new bag thank you so much pets flow!!

First time customer, ordered dog treats and was sent the wrong item. Called customer service and was told they would send out the correct treat. The wrong item was sent for a 2nd time. Very frustrating and a waste of my time.
