Needed food for my cat. Could not find at usual places, even Vets. Cat needs this prescription food. Petflow came up when I looked on the Royal Canin site. Was so relieved to find you had it. Order came on good time. Very happy to have found. Without it he gets very constipated, uncomfortable. Expensive to get him disimpacted.

Doesn’t save me as much as I’d like. Received one bag of dog food that ended up being moldy, was sent a replacement but never asked when I would be ready to use the replacement and I had just placed an order the previous day so now I’ve got two huge bags but not necessarily room to store them. Would have been nice if they had looked at my account and thought to ask when they should ship replacement bag.

PetFlow used to deliver in a flash. I’d order on a Saturday and it would be at my house on Monday or Tuesday at the latest. My most recent shipment took several days longer. I will be looking at alternatives next time I need to order

The AUTO-SHIP schedule for the dog food I created ran into numerous issues. Unfortunately, it has been removed for no apparent reasons and I was not notified. Furthermore, to create two different Auto-ship schedules was difficult if not impossible!

Horrible! I ordered my dogs food from here. ( food my dog depend on to survive) they waited 5 days to tell me they were out of stock! ONLY BECAUSE I HAD TO KEEP CONTACTING THEM. NEVER AGAIN!
