I still haven’t received my order. I ordered some dog food, and a $2 chinchilla chew to get free shipping. The chinchilla toy came quickly, and it was in a HUGE box that could have fit the bag of dog food that I ordered as well. The dog food still has not come, and yes it might be a supply chain issue, but there’s been no communication at all and still no update.

Place the order 11 days ago and still no shipment yet. Call them a few days ago and was informed that it was ready to ship but still no info whatsoever.
