They let me change my delivery on subscriptions as needed and send reminders ahead of time so I never have to run out of food for our dog.

Happy that all food was in stock, however some cans came dented. I would have given 5 stars if not for the damaged merchandise

PETFLOW ROCKS 🤩. We have been with PetFlow’s for years because they are amazing!! We once encountered an issue with the shipping company ( not PetFlow’s fault) , but PETFLOW stepped right up and made it right. We will continue to use PetFlow because they are courteous, friendly and reliable. We also absolutely love automatic shipping!!

Overcharging for shipping , and didn't inform me that extra shipping would be charged . They also mess up my orders continuously
