Product ordered several months ago but was on backorder. No contact by this company to follow-up on it, they just shipped it with no contact. Literally forgot about this order it had been so long and had purchased elsewhere. It sure would have been nice to have been given an option to cancel the order instead of just shipping it out after literally MONTHS passed by.

I placed my order eight days ago and they still haven’t processed it or even gotten it ready to be shipped. I am about to cancel my order with pet edge and shop through Ryan’s.

The moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and warmth, which immediately set a positive tone for our visit. The groomer took the time to get to know Charlie, asking about his grooming history and any specific needs he might have. I loved how they tailored the grooming session to suit his personality. Throughout the process, I could see how much the staff genuinely cared for the animals in their care. When Charlie was done, he looked like a brand-new dog! The quality of the grooming was outstanding, with meticulous attention to detail. Plus, the staff provided me with valuable advice on maintaining his coat and keeping his skin healthy.
