App is easy to use and haven't had any major issues. Wifi connection is decent at best though....

Although it took me two phone calls, with different customer service reps, and different directions to follow, my petcube was fixed. Thank you. I would definitely recommend Pet Cube.

I haven’t even received my items. Ordered Dec. 15 with proclaimed delivery by Priority Day mail on Dec. 20. It’s now Dec. 22, still no cameras. I am leaving for the holidays. Thanks - useless.

Package not delivered by date and still not delivered. Days keep getting pushed back. Would have ordered elsewhere had I known this

Poor sound quality, okay ish camera quality, but overall a good product. Gets the job done and was worth the cost.
