The product gets 5 stars but the shipping confirmation and tracking services were horrible. I ordered next day delivery on the 21st so the package would arrive on the 26th (day after Christmas). Got a notification that the package shipped on the 29th but that’s when it arrived at my brothers house. Guess it’s a Merry New Year then."

my PetCube PetBites machine quit working on day 1. Customer service sounds helpful but so far no help, I like the idea of the pet cube machine but it needs to work. If they get the machine up and running I will change my review. But so far we are very disappointed and are going to send the machine back for a refund if the issue is not resolved.

Love the Petcubes! I have four and they are perfect in keeping an eye on my mischievous three pups! 🐾

It is useful for comfort my dog when I am out of house. It is big improvement on sound and picture quality. Also it is somehow functional tools for monitoring home. I have two petcube products. Camera and bites. Both work very well. On the bites it I had additional funcation on night scene. One more nice impression is that package design is super quality.

Originally I purchased the lowest end Petcube and was pretty happy with it but I found I needed a way to check on our pets when it was dark as well so I recently bought the Petcube Play on sale. It was shipped quickly and I received it within a few days. I absolutely love it! Being able to check on my beloved pets even at night reduces my anxiety for them so much and I have no problems with the device whatsoever! It was easy to set up and easy to use via the app on my Android phone. The peace of mind that I received was well worth the purchase price!!

Support is excellent. Sales is excellent. Product is great!! Some software issues with catching daily activities but still a worthwhile product. I think I now have 6 cubes!
