My PetCube stopped working suddenly after it had been turned off for a few weeks. I started a chat via the support space on their app and they were AMAZING! They ran me through some steps to double check I was reconnecting it correctly, then determined there was a fault. I was able to exchange for a new device and my new one is perfect! The support and attention I received via their chat support was OUTSTANDING! I throughly recommend PetCube for the post sales service. They really do care about their customers!

Great communication and the tracker is fantastic. Unfortunately we had to return it because we do not have 4G LTE service at our remote lake house where we really need a tracker for the dog. They were very helpful in advising us to try to connect but the 4G LTE service is just not available. I would suggest testing the cellular connectivity before purchasing. I think all of the trackers use the same service, not just Petcube so we will have to go without a tracker.
