Pet Creations Art is a passionate and loving pet brand specializing in highly personalized pet art that is hand-drawn by two sisters, Sallie and Sophia. At Pet Creations Art, we wanted to stand out from the rest by offering the best quality personalised artwork on a wide range of products. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. We will draw your custom artwork by hand with tender love, care, and attention, turning him/her into an incredible masterpiece in the style that you always loved. Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. Besides getting an adorable piece of art, ordering was quick, easy, and affordable! Sallie is very friendly with excellent customer service skills. I would order again in a heart beat. I love the art!!!

I would give a ZERO if possible- my daughter ordered two “surprise” Xmas gifts back in Nov- cancelled orders multiple times, sent emails, messages etc all with NO RESPONSE- after receiving NO products after holidays had come and gone- disputed charges with PayPal after they double charged her for the one order stating she had ordered it twice and then a third charge for the second order- all of a sudden POOF! ONE order shows up on our doorstep- my daughter gives the Xmas present over two months late- then a few days later two more show up - one the same exact as the first & the other in a damaged box. we sent the two back with proof of tracking (it’s now MONTHS after original order and these “hand paintings” are not even “hand paintings” it was a screen print in a canvas just an fyi- not impressed with it at all and def not they describe as a “hand painting” - wrote to them -we were offered a free coffee mug for my inconvenience! They have my daughters over $340.00 and we have NO PRODUCTS!! THIS COMPANY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!! THEY'RE A FRAUD AND charge your account for products you don’t even order, they don’t answer emails or try to resolve any issue until you dispute and then you’ll be offered a free mug! I will continue to dispute with PAYPAL, my bank and leave my experience until this company refunds my daughter for the products she doesn’t even have!! BUYER BEWARE!!

Ordered this milestone birthday gift on January 24, 2023. It is now 6 weeks later and it has not been delivered- although I keep getting emails to "approve" the artwork (I do) and excuses like "It is in the final stages of production"...i have asked for a refund and have gotten nowhere with that. I now have no birthday present - but Pet Creations Art does have my money... This site is a scam and should be avoided. Update: I have been flatly refused a refund. In compensation for the artwork that I still have not received- I have been offered a free coffee mug. UPDATE: Received print on 3/9/23- 7 weeks after placing the order. All of this on a site that promised a 7 day turn around....and no coffee mug for my troubles...
