At Pet Creations Art, we wanted to stand out from the rest by offering the best quality personalised artwork on a wide range of products. Unlike some of our competitors, we do NOT use any apps to speed up the process of our work which in return, sacrifices the quality of the finished product. We will draw your custom artwork by hand with tender love, care, and attention, turning him/her into an incredible masterpiece in the style that you always loved. Our motto of 'Exceed your expectations' is your guarantee that the final product will be better than you ever could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to have had such an overwhelming response from our customers and have since been able to partner with print facilities around the world. I decided to gift my friend a drawing of her fur babies, and I am so glad I chose Pet Creations Art for the job! The Pet Creations Art team (Sophia and Sallie) created an amazing final product that captured each animal perfectly and were very receptive to my minor revisions. Communication was a breeze and their response to my inquires was always prompt. You can definitely feel the love and passion for their art and business in their work. I never give bad reviews, but I would give a ZERO if I could. NEVER DID RECEIVE PICTURE OF THE DOG I SENT IN. I ordered in November for Christmas. Sent a digital picture of an aged Pomeranian. Got back a digital picture of a German Shepherd 2 weeks AFTER Christmas! After three weeks of complaints, finally was asked to send a picture of a basic Pomeranian online??? Three weeks later sent a kids cartoon drawing that ANYONE could print online. NOTHING CLOSE TO ORIGINAL PICTURE I SENT OF ACTUAL DOG!! Then tried to UPSELL me with discount on doing another animal after weeks of complaints. The recipient of late “gift” was SO disappointed, as was I embarrassed to give it. Unbelievable in every way.

Quick and friendly customer service! I have placed 3 different puppy photos as gifts and all have been a total hit! Love the end results and will definitely be ordering more :-)
