Although my package arrived damaged and one of the products broke. The limoncello was so good. Marcello at Pepegusto was very helpful and issued a refund for the broken product in a timely manner. I would definitely order and recommend them.

EDIT: after posting my review, PepeGusto responded promptly and offered a refund. This matter has been resolved. —- My order was never received. I have proof of communication as I have kept records of all of our WhatsApp communications and Daniel keeps saying that the order will ship, that the item has arrived in shop, and it never comes. My emails and Facebook messages never get a response. I have been waiting since May for an expensive cheese order that was ordered with express shipping. This website is fraudulent, avoid at all costs. Pepegusto, if you’re listening, I just want my order! Please send it!

If it could be a zero.....I never write a review unless it is positive, but in this case- I need to be honest! So disappointed that PepeGusto did not send my goods or give any customer service as expected. An order was placed on May 14 with a confirmation received. After 10 days of no tracking or other information, I emailed and "Marcello" stated that they were overwhelmed with orders and that mine would be shipped out. Nonetheless, one month later and they will not return emails or chats. They CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD BUT DID NOT SHIP OUT MY ORDER! Obviously my only recourse is to file a dispute with my credit card. Any decent business would at least communicate with a customer.

Excellent quality products and excellent service

PepeGusto never disappoints! Although I wish the travel journey was more kind. The beautiful chocolate egg I ordered arrived in pieces. The box that it was shipped in was all bent, I know this probably made my egg break apart. No replacement

Scam, delivery never arrived, stopped responding to emails, it's been 3 months

Poor track records on deliveries and refunds, with no communication nor ownership post payment.Only 2 out of 4 purchases were actually delivered after months of wait plus hours spent on attempting to resource a delivery status which was never provided. Refund was issued by them and cancelled, but luckily Paypal came in to save the day.

They have answered me every time I’ve asked a question, which is great. The only problem I’ve had is that it took 2.5-3 weeks to get to me, but… after receiving the package, it was shown that they took care of making sure I received everything safely. Extremely happy!
