The product is excellent quality and very well packaged. However, delivery was delayed by a couple of weeks due to customs regulations. I wasn't made aware when I ordered the item that there would be an issue with this now that the UK is no longer in the EU.

Beautiful products and lovely little hand-written note adds a nice personal touch. There were issues with FedEx regarding our delivery, but I think the issues were at the Netherlands end, not with Pepe Gusto😊Would definitely order again!

Did amazingly well to get a Valentine's delivery thro' in 10 days during Covid. Their freighting company not so contactable.
