PBFY PackagingReviews of pbfy.com

I have nothing but good things to say. My order arrived on time and complete. No backorders....yeah! I will be ordering again soon

Always quick and great service!

Always a pleasure to do business with

We were provided incorrect product information by a PBFY customer service rep and then charged to return poor quality product that did not come close to meeting our clients' needs. Representing more than 600 past and present food and beverage clients as an executive packaging designer, I can only recommend providers of quality products with good customer service practices. I would not reccomend PBFY or their products to any of my clients.

Thanks for the good service1

They keep in touch with you and my boxes always come fast!

Product arrived on time and in good condition. Our product choices fit our needs and are high quality, very attractive, and easy to fill.

I order quite often for my business and have never run into a problem with this company. Wish shipping was faster but it comes from far away and I don't want to pay for 2 day or overnight so I use ground.
