Ease of ordering

I had to order my first ever bifocals. Payne Glasses not only made it extremely affordable, but also helpful in deciding what lenses to order as a first-time bifocal wearer.

This was my first order. It took forever. The website is very amateurish and poorly constructed, it refers to things that don't exist and sometimes I had to select the opposite choice which was actually the correct choice. They need a much better user experience. All of the add-ons tripled the teaser price, making it more than my local Lenscrafters in which I could have a professional take all of the measurements for me.

All the available options were helpful for my particular need.

I have vision insurance and my Optometrist will sell me just the lenses for $165+. I get top of the line, everything I want, here for $180.

I always find what I'm looking for. Ordering is very simple. I've never been disappointed.
