Could not locate either of the two frames i was looking for when I put their exact names in the search box. I had ordered both frames before so I could see them in my previous orders and was able to "reorder"if i wanted to. However I wanted to make a change in the lenses strength on both pair but was unable to edit them there. Luckily i found them in my saved frames list so was able to order them, but it was rather frustrating and time consuming. What is wrong with the search feature??

I have purchased several pairs of glasses from Payne for myself and a friend. Both of us received bad scripts for the same Dr's office. (Not the doc's fault - inexperienced tech blowing thru the lens settings) In both instances Payne sent new glasses after we went back and got a responsible tech and correct script. I love this Company!! I just ordered a set for computer screen reading. Thanks for everything. Robert Williams

The website is a little jumpy. I am sure that is not the technological term. But we managed to place the order. This pair for my husband, because I LOVE the pair I ordered for myself that I received last week. Shipment was very fast! thank you

It is such an easy process.

I find the website difficult to navigate. It’s not very user-friendly. It’s hard to find some basic information and sometimes the search feature doesn’t work very well.

Only wanted a spare set of glasses so tried Payne and after making the glasses 2x, the glasses are still not right. Prescription is accurate. Had a set of glasses made perfectly by prescriber as well as competing online eye glass manufacturer. Both made perfectly from exact prescription given However Payne can't get it right! Even worse, try to get any help! They only respond though email after asking endless questions and sending photos. Total waste of money! Won't recommend nor order ever again! Edited after reply.. Reply is generic, no care given to the customer issue. No attempt to correct issue. And if company actually did a quality check that they so say they do, the glasses would not have been made wrong 3 times when the competition got it right on the 1st try with exact same prescription. Please don't waste your money on such a horrible company and continue to tell others of how badly they treat their customers.
