Even though the experience itself was super frustrating -- technical issues with trying to create an account and to pay by card -- the customer service was 5+ stars! My service rep was Rudy Barro and he was exceptional and took care of everything.

Roxy was amazing. So patient, friendly, and knowledgeable with problem-solving. It's hard to find employees like this these days. People just don't want to work. She is a keeper, time for a raise.
