There wase a problem with payment (2 months ) and at today we didn't receive back the money a very bad service , after 2 months was resolved today

Just came back to say that "Walter" the man who assisted was very competent, professional and a good communicator. So, thanks to him PayCargo out of the dog house (but still not allowed inside ! Thanks Walter! Added two stars .. The annual "maintenance" fee that PayCargo charges on top of already exorbitant transaction fees is hidden and uncalled for. To say nothing of the fact that Import Service Fees at MIA used to be $ 15 (and the airline actually provided you with an arrival notice by fax, a call and paper documents) and now it's not unusual to face a minimum fee of $ 150.00, no call, no arrival notice (check the internet) - absurd rip-off. After kicking up a stink in 2019 about this annual maintenance fee I made sure to use CargoSprint instead of PayCargo. Today I was in a position where I *had* to use PayCargo and I see they have a "Guest Pay" feature for one-time payments. I used that but had to call Customer Service as my old data from 2019 disallowed me from signing in as Guest.
