I’ve requested like 10x for my dogs name and picture to be on the package. Still not on there. Also shipping takes way too long.

They always help with no issues with shipping. They always check up on you to see how your dogs like the food, etc. And all of my dogs absolutely LOVE their cookies, seasonings, and toys!

The anti itch tablets did nothing. The joint support tablets did nothing. Total waste of my money.

When I placed order it stated free shipping and I was charged shipping. I’ve been with PT over a year and never paid shipping as I am on auto ship
