It's very easy to browse products, make orders or change EZ ship delivery dates. I don't like that you have to order 3 other items in addition to pricey kibble in order to get free shipping. I buy 30 pounds of kibble and 3 meaty bites in each order since I don't need other things that are offered. That costs me $167 about every 2 months. Because of the cost, I added another high-quality kibble for 1/3 of his diet daily. That kibble is still expensive but maybe $25 less per bag. It may not seem like much, but over 12-13 years, it is. It might be less of a problem for a tiny dog, but not a dog that is 50 to 80 pounds.

They get their orders out very timely when you need them they’re there to help you. The dog food is good my dog likes it.

Delivery was timely, food is loved by dog but, there have recently been a lot of crumbs in the bags. Probably about a cup or so of tiny dusty like particles of food instead of the nugget form.

Please revisit your ex ship platform sometimes it is really tricky to get it changed if needed Everything else has been good, dogs love the vitamins

Overall experience for the year has been good. Notifications of next order to make changes to ez manager is inconsistent. Wouldn’t mind seeing smaller bags of kibble for trial bases. Otherwise, I will continue to purchase from paw tree.

1st experience. It went well from Order to delivery service. Some products my yorkie likes others doesn't.

Product arrives on time and is well received by our Golden. My only complaint with Paw Tree is pricing. They’re very expensive
