This is my first experience with pawTree. I was given updated emails on my order and shipment time. The customer service was excellent. When I received my packages, I loved the way the items were presented, including the boxes.

I wasn’t told when my order was going to ship, so when I called the customer service representatives was very nice and expedited my shipment. However, I wasn’t told that one of my items was backordered, which would’ve been helpful to know.
