Fast shipping, great customer service, and a great product

I love PawTree! I don’t have to second guess the products that I’m giving my dogs. Customer service is over the top too!

I really like this dog food because I am able to switch the blend of food so that my dogs don’t get bored of the same flavor food all the time. In the past this was a problem with one of my dogs he would just not eat until he was really hungry which made me nervous. Now I buy 3 different flavors of dog food, I mix two flavors at a time to keep my dogs from getting bored and I don’t have to worry about the change upsetting their stomachs which can be a problem with other brands, at least it was for my dogs.

We’ve been feeding our Sunnybelle Shih Tzus pawTree since 2021 and have seen itching disappear & poop firmed up through the complete nutrition from the kibbles and the supplements. We were even able to switch one of our boys from his RX food for bladder stones to pawTree without issues. His ultrasound one year later showed no stones even though we took him off the special RX diet. The customer service is EXCELLENT and always cheerful. We are so happy to be part of the pawTree family now as a petPro!

My dog Lucy loves all the treats I order from Pawtree, Lorraine Fancher is our person. She is terrific. Automatic delivery very convenient.

We use autoship and PawTree keeps us advised when our shipment is coming up in the event we want to make a change. They let us know when it is shipped and delivered which helps keep us aware and expecting the package.

I love how fast the shipment is, the care put into the packaging and also the quality of the products!

My French bulldogs enjoy taking their medication when it is wrapped in bacon(It's a Wrap (Bacon Flavor)). I find ordering and shipping the product to be hassle-free, and I believe the cost is justified by its effectiveness.
