I like that you are now using UPS instead of FedEx to deliver my dogs food. There were several times I didnt get the food sent to me because FedEx lost the package or couldnt deliver the food quickly. Paying $16 in shipping is a hefty fee when the food is already pretty costly, so getting the food on time is important. UPS is a much more reliable delivery service.

The product I order is good quality and works well. It’s a bit on the pricey side though. I order the fish oil for my animals and would love to see it on sale once in awhile. Also, the website could be a little more user friendly. It’s not the easiest to navigate. If I want to modify or cancel an auto ship order, I can’t do it through the website. I was told I have to call.
