My experience with Pawrade was fantastic. The adoption process was seamless. My puppy was delivered on time as promised. No issues, my puppy was healthy and happy. I have nothing but great things to say. I couldn't be happier!

We already did the review once. Can't say enough good things about the whole experience and process. Pawrade has it down pat from soup to nuts! The service, information and responses were spectacular! The Fury Trails Transport Service was GREAT as well. Perfect interaction for the entire delivery from before to after! The driver Cory was so pleasant, polite and caring. I would certainly recommend Pawrade to anyone. Thank you for running a FIRST-CLASS operation. I know how difficult it is to do as I have also done it for the past 52 years!

Hey Ricky and Tita, Thank you so much for the wonderful and detailed review. We are so happy to hear that we were able to do such a fine job for you. Best wishes for many fun filled days to come.
My experience from start to finish was remarkable. It's hard to find a business that takes care of you in this manner. It began with great communication and paperwork completely throughout the transportation and delivery. Top quality pet. Highly recommend A+++++!

Hey Linda, we are sorry to hear that you found our process a bit much. Its is true that we have quite a few requirements, but this is how we ensure that you get the perfect pup in a completely safe and secure transaction. Thank you for trusting Pawrade and best wishes.
When we received our puppy he had a runny nose. The first vet visit. If you read the second set of notes that I sent you, it states in there that he had a runny nose from the veterinarian. If you don't have those veterinary notes, I can resend them to you where it states that he had a runny nose. As for the insurance, we did activate the 30-day free insurance policy and we did extend our insurance policy that you said we didn't. I can also send you that confirmation information too.

This is an awesome site! The people are extremely helpful and the drivers are equally awesome! Pawrade has help available for anything you might need throughout the puppy buying process, and the delivery option was great. Delivery was quicker than estimated and our puppy was clean and happy! I would highly recommend Pawrade!!

We bought a bison Fisse. He has an underbite. He’s overly anxious and very hard to train. We love him and will live through his problems. He is not easy. His name is Asher.

Hey Patricia, I see that you initially gave us a 5 star review because we delivered your little guy right to your front door as promised. He didn't have an underbite nor did he display any behavioral issues. We are truly sorry to hear that these concerns have developed. However these are not things that we could have predicted. Underbites are very common and the vast majority of the time they cause no issues. Your pup is around the one year mark and we hope that like most he settles down as he matures. We appreciate you being a wonderful puppy parent and are sure with a little extra love and attention your little guy will fall in line.
BEST experience ever in buying a dog. Less than 10 days from seeing her photo to having her in my lap. She was healthy, happy, and (surprisingly) clean and sweet smelling when she arrived after a 18 hour drive. I never would have found her without Pawrade...I guess this is the new way of calling all your relatives with "Hey, I need to find a dog..."
