Pawrade made everything so smooth, so professional and reassuring. They kept me informed every step of the way, answered all my questioins, and truly showed how much they care about the puppies and the families they go to. You can tell the entire operation takes pride in what they do. The delivery process by EXPRESS PUPPIES from missouri to michigan was exceptional! My pup arrived clean, happy and full of energy, eveyrthing I had hope for and more!! I'm already in Love!!

Short and sweet and we love it. Thank you for trusting Pawrade and best wishes.
So I just found out today that you cannot call more than once about it puppy. I guess when you make your phone call. You should be knowing that you're buying that first puppy that you call about. Because the girl was very rude with me today. Telling me that I've called in over 50 times which I think is a farce. But whatever and she wasn't sure if I was just calling to ask questions like normal, or if I really want to purchase one. I said I really want to purchase one but I'm not going to buy the first dog that I come along. I want to know the history of the dog. I you know, and anyhow. I was very put out by this. I was really quite shocked at her attitude and her disposition with me which was to me, very poor customer service. Not only that, she asked me that, but the tone that she asked me that in. And the word she chose to say, without any hesitation. She was just rude period I know where some of these puppies come from. And that's why I'm selective. I'm glad that a lot of you have had great things to say about them. And I might have, if I could have actually talked to someone today, I was actually very interested in this little mail. But neither here nor there I just thought that they show all these wonderful reviews, but they don't show any negative reviews, and I think to be fair to the public. That they should show both! The girl that I talked to her name was lily with a very bad attitude. And a very bad tone to be talking to me.I am an older lady.So I don't appreciate some of the ways of today, but that's neither here nor near I just go with it.But lily, your attitude was uncalled for today.Very uncalled for and I was very, very put out by this so we'll see how paul raid handles this.I don't know how long you've been with him.I don't know anything about you either. But I just know the way you handled my phone call today. Not only did I not buy a puppy but I won't be returning to your site. There's a lot of other places to buy puppies. Thank you Alice

Alice, we are sorry that you had a bad experience. Though we are not sure it was with Pawrade. Could it have been another company? We pride ourselves in customer service and to ensure that, we record all of our calls to be sure our sales agents act appropriately. We reached out to you here, through Trustpilot so we could get more information like your phone number so I could research your calls and listen to them for any inappropriate behavior. You chose not to respond so I can not confirm and address this possible issue.
Every part of getting our puppy went smooth. From the first contact person at Pawrade, a Zoom contact with the owners of our puppy, and the transport from Missouri to Michigan via a huge van. The Van guys were very kind and kept me posted on his journey via texts. We’ve had our Cocker spaniel puppy for 2 weeks and he’s doing great.
