Honestly was a bit weary of using this site with so many scams out there. But on the flip side I had just had a horrible experience with getting a puppy by other means which lead to me having the puppy less than 48 hours before it passed from negligence on the other parties part. With Pawrade I do feel your experience is heavily influenced by which breeder you end up with. I was fortunate enough to have a great breeder who FaceTimed me with the puppy and would send updated pics when asked. She understood my last bad experience and agreed to hold the puppy for me a little longer to get her vaccinations which helped ease my worries about illness. I picked the puppy up and she was healthy and parasite free. My vets were pleased with her overall and love seeing her. Pawrade was good about communication even after payment was received and even after I picked up my puppy. I would use Pawrade again, although I wish there was a way to select the same breeder if you wanted to use them again. Would also love a feature to filter puppies by general location for those who would like to drive to pick up their puppies. I love my new baby and would use again.

Hey there, Thank you for choosing Pawrade. Short and sweet and we will certainly take it. Best wishes.
We love our puppy. However, Pawrade does not communicate well with clients or breeders. Pawrade should just say it will take 2 weeks to get puppy up front. Our son also bought a puppy through Pawrade and had the same poor communication

Hey Patrice, Thank you for choosing Pawrade. We are so happy that we were able to help you adopt a happy and healthy pup. We are sorry that you are disappointed that it took longer than you would have liked to get your pup. But the pups well being is the top priority for us. We have carefully crafted protocols in place that ensure your pup arrives without issue, and completely safe. We understand you are eager, but we can not compromise in this area. We do disclose the requirements for a pup to travel in your Reservation Agreement and the times can vary depending on circumstances for each pup. We make it very clear that delivery times are never guaranteed.
A great experience from start to finish. Pawrade was awesome. Puppy was calm, and ready to play upon arrival. I would highly recommend to anyone this service when looking for a puppy.
